Janice Hope Cheely

January 10, 1929 — December 8, 2001

Janice Hope Cheely, 72, died Saturday December 8 at Houston Medical Center. Services will be private with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery on Wednesday. Visitation will be Tuesday from 7:00 until 9:00pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Cheely was born in Peabody, TN. She was retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base where she was an Item Manager. Mrs. Cheely was a member of Central Baptist Church and the Order of Eastern Star of Warner Robins. Her husband, Harry D. Cheely; parents, Raymond and Rosamae Hutson; and sister, Shirley Bullis preceded her in death.

She is survived by her daughters, Avis Arnold Foster, Yadkinville, NC; Karan McMullen, Hattiesburg, MS; Reba Fowler, Byron, GA; Deborah Cheely, Warner Robins; son, Harry ''Dee'' Cheely, Jr., Show Low, AZ; brother, Norris R. Hutson, Bolingbroke, GA; sister, Gayenelle Montgomery, Warner Robins; granddaughters, Abby McMullen, Hattiesburg, MS; Caitlin Arnold, Yadkinville,
NC; Amanda Cheely, Warner Robins; Morgan Cheely, Show Low, AZ; grandsons, Nicholas McMullen, Hattiesburg, MS; Justin Cheely, Show Low, AZ; and Logan Fowler, Byron, GA.
