Jason Allen Myers

Jason Allen Myers passed away on the morning of Tuesday, December 8, 2020. He was 46 years old.

Mr. Myers was born on April 17, 1974, in Lake City, Florida. He possessed a brilliant mind and was an electrical engineer turned programmer employed by the Department of Defense at Robins Air Force Base at the time of his death. Writing code was second nature to him and truly one of his passions in life. Mr. Myers was a huge presence, “a force” who kept things in balance for the world around him. Always open for a good debate with you, he was sincerely compassionate, kind, and generous, but also fiercely protective of the ones he loved. If he was your friend, you had a friend for life who was always there when you needed him. He loved his children and his beautiful granddaughter, and he enjoyed playing WoW with his son. Mr. Myers was preceded in death by his father, John Myers.

His memory will forever be treasured by his adoring wife, Mayla M. Myers; his children, Jason A. Myers, Jeven A. Myers, and Jaeli A. Myers; his mother, Sherry Myers; his stepdaughters, Shayna Montgomery and Kaleigh Spivey; his granddaughter, Adallie Montgomery; and a host of other loving family members and friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2020, from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. All other services will be private.
