Jefferey Alan Buege

Jefferey Alan Buege, 57, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 12, 2022.

Jeff was born on March 21, 1965, in Madison, Wisconsin to the late David and Hazel Combs Buege. He met Patti Meicher and she became his soulmate. They were married on December 19, 1987. He proudly served his country with honor in the United States Air Force, and then, following his military retirement, continued supporting the Air Force mission in various contracted positions. He enjoyed, hunting, fishing, and boating as well as working on projects around his home. However, his family was his world, and he loved gathering the family together and especially getting to play games with his grandchildren.

His memory will forever be treasured by his adoring wife of thirty-five years, Patricia Meicher Buege; his daughter, Tabitha Marie Long (Zachary); his grandchildren, Jacob Long, Callie Long, Lincoln Alan Long; his siblings, Larry Buege, Richard Buege (Carol), and Cheryl Graves (Lee); and a host of other loving family members and friends.

The memorial service celebrating Jeff’s life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
