Jeffery Leon Pearce

Jeffery Pearce, 55, walked into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, November 2, 2017.

Jeffery was born on October 15, 1962 in Macon, Georgia to the late Neal G. and Helen Thigpen Pearce. He graduated from Southwest High School and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. After his time in the military, Jeffery settled with his family in Kathleen and went on to retire from Northrop Grumman. He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan who enjoyed hunting and fishing, listening to the Allman Brothers, and spending time with his children, grandchildren, and the rest of his family. First United Methodist was Jeffery’s church home.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Susan Pearce of Kathleen; children, Jessica P. LaBuda (Joey) of Byron and Al Tucker (Tawney) of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Hayden and Paityn (P) Tucker; siblings, Janice McCarty (Don) of Lexington, South Carolina, Theresa Stovall (Andy) of West Chester, Ohio, and Pete Pearce of Soperton, Georgia; and several adoring nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Warner Robins. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the church with The Rev. Missy Blumenthal and The Rev. Ken Morgan officiating.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Jeffery Leon Pearce to the MS Institute at the Shepherd Center, 2020 Peachtree Rd., Atlanta, GA 30309.
