Jerry Lisk Hayward

Jerry Lisk Hayward, 69, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2004 at Houston Medical Center. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 5, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will be in Alva City Cemetery in Oklahoma on Saturday, August 7. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 until 8 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

Memorials may be given to the Elks Lodge, 970 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31088.

Mr. Hayward was born in 1934 in Alva, Oklahoma. A retired systems analyst from Robins Air Force Base, he was also a farmer and member of the Elks Lodge in Warner Robins. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Neal Hayward, and sisters, Virginia Brandenburg and Patricia Hayward.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Cordelia “Corky” Hayward of Warner Robins; mother, Marjorie Hayward of Alva, OK; daughter and son-in-law, Carrie and Dennis Helms of Warner Robins; and nieces, Nipper Leu of Bartolsville, OK, and Linda Brandenburg of Charlotte, NC.
