Jhonny Saldana. 54, entered into rest on Monday, July 18, 2011.

Mr. Saldana was born on October 23, 1956 in Concord, Michigan, and was of the Catholic Faith. With pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Staff Sergeant. He was awarded The Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal for Outstanding Service in Support of Operation Southern Watch while serving in the 4404th Communications Squadron, 4404th Support Group, 4404th Wing (Provisional), Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He participated in the Gulf War, served in the Bright Star Campaign in Egypt, served in Turkey, and in Venezuela serving with the U.S. Drug trafficking division. A Harley rider, he enjoyed his family, friends and spending time at the beach. His father, Ralph Saldana, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by wife, Marie Kroskey Saldana; daughter, Erika Saldana, Bonaire; mother, Julia Jimenez Saldana; siblings, Mike Saldana (Cindy), Ralph Saldana, and Anna Marie Stump (Richard), all of Michigan.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the memorial services which will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, July 22, 2011 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Father Pablo Migone and Deacon Jim Hunt officiating.
