Joshua Hollis Duncan

Joshua Hollis Duncan, age 7, went home to be with Jesus on Sunday, November 19, 2006. A rosary will be held on Friday, November 24 at 6:00 p.m. with visitation to follow until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 25, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 830 Poplar Street Macon, Georgia.

Joshua was born on March 9, 1999 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Hot Springs, but attended St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Macon. Joshua was a student at Eagle Springs Elementary School. Joshua enjoyed many activities. He loved Tae Kwon Do karate lessons, playing baseball and football with his brother and friends and like his daddy, loved race cars. Most of all, Joshua loved to cuddle with his mom, dad and brother. Joshua’s seven years have brought much joy to all who knew him.

Survivors include his mom and dad, James H. Duncan and Idell Ortiz Duncan, big brother, Zackary Colby Duncan; all of Centerville; Grandparents, Carl Duncan (Iva), Jac Parris, three uncles, Moses Lopez (Diane), Chris Duncan (Brenda) C.J. Duncan, all of Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Julia O. and Jimmy C. Brown.
