Juanita Allen Gilbert

Juanita Gilbert passed away peacefully on December 18, 2022.

Juanita was born in Marshallville, GA on November 17, 1945. Among Juanita's interests was taking care of and raising her children and grandchildren, which she made her priority. When her family wasn’t near, Juanita enjoyed the company of her dog, Max, and doing puzzles for fun.

Her parents, Caleb Allen and Odell Brown Allen, and her siblings Geraldine Edwards and Timothy Allen preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her husband Jonnie James Gilbert, Jr; her sisters, Irene Womack, Cleona Allen, Shirley Canion, and Joanne Gilbert; her brothers, Wayne Allen, Edward Allen, and Chris Gilbert; her children, Johnnie, Stephanie, Mario, Lisa, Michael, and Marie Gilbert, as well as a host of grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 21, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.
