Juanita V. Bates Bacigalupo

Juanita V. Bates Bacigalupo, 67, died Sunday, April 13, 2003, at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 16, at 4:00pm in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will precede the service from 3:00 until 4:00pm at McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Houston County, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088, or to the John Wayne Cancer Institute, Development Department, 2001 Santa Monica Blvd, Ste 860W, Santa Monica, CA 90404.

A native of Nashville, TN, Mrs. Bacigalupo was a resident of Warner Robins since 1966. She was retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base, where she had worked as a sheet metal operator. She was a member of Warner Robins Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Alvin Bacigalupo; stepfather, Ottis J. Sutton; and son, Thomas E. Bacigalupo.

Survivors include her mother, Sarah Bernice Sutton, Warner Robins; daughter, Sherry L. Cheney, and son-in-law, Jeff Cheney, both of Covington; grandson, Lawrence P. Harper II and his wife, Rachel Birdsong Harper, Watertown, NY; and grandson, Brandon J. Pikiell, Covington.
