Judy I Leverett

Judy I. Leverett, 64, entered into rest on Thursday, February 21, 2008.

Mrs. Leverett was born on January 23, 1944 in Hawkinsville, Georgia. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church, and she retired from Wal-mart, most recently served as Manager. Her parents, Rufus R. Horton, Sr. and Mary Magdalene Horton, preceded her in death.

Family includes her husband, Dewey Leverett, Sr.; son, Dewey R. Leverett, Jr.; daughter, Peggy Murphy; all of Warner Robins; brother, Rufus R. Horton, Jr., Jacksonville, Florida; and six grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 24, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 25, 2008 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Leverett Family Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, 17 Executive Park Drive, Suite 115, Atlanta, GA 30329.
