Kathy Lynn Johnson

On the morning of Saturday, March 11, 2023, Kathy Lynn Johnson, 61, entered the gates of heaven.

Kathy was born on January 6, 1962, in Phoenix, Arizona to Jearline Williams and the late Wilburn Williams. Growing up in Phoenix, she graduated from Camelback High school in 1980. Kathy married her love, Gerry, in 1981 and they soon began their family. Kathy followed her husband throughout his military career giving her the opportunities to live in Austin, Texas, Korea and Phoenix prior settling in Warner Robins in 1990. After many years of taking care of her family, she began working at Toys R Us where she dedicated twenty years of service until her retirement. Kathy enjoyed gardening and working on her home.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband of forty-one years, Gerry Johnson; children, Amanda Bradley (Matt) of Dayton, Ohio and Justin Johnson (Shirley) of Byron; grandchildren, Claire Bradley, Noelle Bradley and Vincent Bradley; siblings, Jacqueline Mager (Mike) of Gilbert, Arizona, Gary Williams (Mary) and Nathan Williams, both of Phoenix, Arizona.

Visitation with Kathy’s family will be Wednesday, March 15, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside service celebrating her life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Magnolia Park Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with the Reverend Jeff Cleghorn officiating.
