Keith Allen "Al" Maynard, 48, entered into rest on Friday, September 9, 2011.

Keith was born on February 2, 1963 in Hampton, Virginia. He was of the Baptist faith and was self-employed in Security Systems Management. An avid horseback rider, Keith owned his own horse, and rode every chance he had.

His memory will forever be treasured by his children, Scott Allen Maynard, Byron, and Malissa LeeAnn Maynard, Fort Valley; parents, Keith Maynard and Emilee Stanley Maynard, Warner Robins; and sister, Shelia Brewer, Jonesboro, Georgia.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 11, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 11, 2011 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be made to the Georgia Equine Rescue League, P.O. Box 328, Bethlehem, GA 30620, or www.gerlltd.org.
