Kimberly Karen Boothe

March 12, 1969 — December 20, 2019

Kimberly Boothe, 50, passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Friday, December 20, 2019.

Kimberly was born on March 12, 1969, in Honaker, Virginia, and was of the Baptist faith. Beautiful on the inside and out, helping others came naturally to her. Kimberly loved people and spent 27 years as a Registered Nurse; during her career, she enjoyed teaching upcoming nursing students and also started a nursing program in Lebanon, Virginia.

In her free time she loved traveling and spending time at the beach. It was on a visit to Vilano Beach in St. Augustine, Florida where she met the love of her life, Shannon Boothe. They later married in 2012. Together they enjoyed fishing, being outdoors and camping at Anastasia Island in St. Augustine. In her earlier years, she won the title of “Ms. Rosebud” at the Honaker Redbud Festival. To this day, she is the most beautiful lady her husband ever laid eyes on. Kimberly was such an outstanding cook that those who knew her would agree she truly could have had her own cooking show. Kimberly will be remembered for her generosity, thoughtfulness, kindness, and her willingness to help anyone.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Louise Honaker.

Kimberly is survived by her loving husband of seven years, Shannon Dwayne Boothe; children, Allie and Logan Israel; father, Buford Lincoln Honaker; and sisters, Donna Fogelman (Ronnie) and Debbie Miller (Terry).

Visitation will be Sunday, December 29, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Kimberly will be laid to rest with a graveside funeral service at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville.

McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with these arrangements.
