Leslie Ann Cook

Leslie Ann Cook, 44, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 7, 2017.

Leslie was born on November 20, 1973 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A career military wife and stay at home mom, she was a great mother who placed her children above all others. Leslie’s zest for life, love for animals and the beach, will be remembered by all who knew her.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband of 17 years, Bryan Cook of Warner Robins; children, Kyle Webb of Indiana, Hayley Webb of Warner Robins, and Breanna, Lynn-Marie, and Takoda Cook, all of Indiana; parents, Gary and Beverly Jennings Webb, both of Fort Wayne, Indiana; siblings, Terri Brong (Kevin) and Michelle Adkison (Doug), both of Florida, and Travis Webb of Columbus; and seven nieces and nephews.

A memorial service to celebrate Leslie’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church with Pastor David Brighton officiating.
