Lori Ann Berndt

It is with great sadness that the family of Lori Ann Berndt announces her passing after an extended illness on Mar 06, 2019, at the age of 58 years.

A native of Washington State, she attended Tacoma Community College, Tacoma, WA, and graduated with a degree in Arts and Sciences. Lori was also a graduate of Grays Harbor College, Aberdeen, WA, where she obtained a degree in Nursing (RN). She worked many years as Director of Life Care Centers where many of her coworkers affectionately called her Mom.

Lori grew up loving to ride and train horses. She also enjoyed teaching others how to ride horses. She was a leader of the 4-H horse club, BSA and Cub Scouts. Lori loved decorating for the holidays, enjoyed camping and most of all loved to go to Helen, Ga with her husband for Oktoberfest.

She will be lovingly remembered by her best friend and husband of 6 1/2 years, Mark; her parents, Albert Douglas Schwab (predeceased) & Diane Caroline Schwab; her sons, Robert Russell Anderson & Kimberly Anderson, James Uriah Ramsdell, Jeromy Garrett Ramsdell & Kristen Ramsdell; and step-sons, Adam Reed & Carly Lily, Ryan Reed, Kevin Reed; three brothers, Larry & Debbie Schwab, Kevin & Gina Schwab, Douglas Schwab; and four grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Berndt will be held at a later date.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Lori Ann Berndt to Pine Pointe Hospice at 6261 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210.

McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Mrs. Berndt’s arrangements.
