Major Keith ''Bud'' Langley, Usaf (Ret.)

December 4, 1928 — October 31, 2002

USAF Ret. Major Keith “Bud” Langley died Thursday, October 31, 2002 at Houston Medical Center. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 3 in the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at McCullough Funeral Home.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Warner Robins American Little League.

Maj. Langley was born in Caribou, Maine. A fighter pilot, he was retired from the United States Air Force after 24 years of service and after serving in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. After retirement from the Air Force he retired to Bonaire, Georgia and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgia College, graduating with honors. He was manager of and retired from the Aero Club. He was a member of the Warner Robins Senior Social Club, and Past President of the Ted Wright Senior Social Club. He was also a member of the Centerville Seniors, AARP, the Robins AFB Officers Club, the American Legion, and the VFW. He was of the Methodist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Phoebe (Hanson) Langley, and a son, Robert Langley.

Survivors include his wife, Irene Garrigus Langley, Bonaire; children, Jon Langley (Gail), Caribou, ME; Steve Langley, Caribou, ME; Gary Langley (Sonja), Auburn, AL; Joellen Garrigus Knight (Don), Kathleen; Kathy Garrigus McGrew (George), Andersonville, TN; Patti Garrigus Nauss (Tom), Bonaire; Michael Garrigus (Debbie), Warner Robins; Erin Garrigus Lee (Oren), Kathleen; brother, Ronald Langley, Fort Walton Beach, FL; grandchildren, Sean and Mark Knight; Kristen, Alex, and Carrie McGrew; Eric, Adam, Ryan, Greg, Jeff, and Dusty Nauss; William and Dana Garrigus; Kim Aungst; Tava, Devon, and Abby Lee; Brent and Jay Langley; great-grandchildren, Austin Knight, Cody McGrew, Griffen Martin, Jake Lanier, Madison Nauss, Amelia Miriam Langley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

McCullough Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
