Margaret B. Stuck

On the evening of Friday, October 5, 2018, Margaret B. Stuck went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was 86 years old.

Margaret was born on July 28, 1932 in Dodge County, Georgia to the late Carlston and Lessie Parkerson Blankenship. She was a career stay at home mother and wife as her children grew. Margaret served as the secretary at Bonaire Elementary School while her children attended there and enjoyed teaching Ceramics for the City of Warner Robins. Margaret loved painting flowers and garden scenery and enjoyed being a member of the Warner Robins Art Association for 25 years. She also loved gardening in her free time. Second Baptist was her church home for over 60 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Scott Allen Salter; her brother, Dan Blankenship; her sister-in-law, Margaret Blankenship; her sister, Jerri Craddock; and her brother-in-law, Jay Craddock.

Margaret’s memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband of 66 years, Thomas E. Stuck of Bonaire; children, Connie Salter (Gil) of Cartersville and Thomas E. Stuck, Jr. (Pam) of Memphis, Tennessee; grandchildren, Joy Elizabeth Salter of Cartersville and John Michael Salter of Dallas, Georgia; brother, Charles Blankenship (Kathy) of Long Prairie, Missouri.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 9, 2018, from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Dr. Paul Cowles officiating. After the service, Margaret will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Mausoleum.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Margaret to the Second Baptist Church Building Fund, 2504 Moody Rd., Warner Robins, GA 31088.
