Margaret Price Bowling

Margaret Bowling, 79, entered into rest on Saturday, June 9, 2012.

Mrs. Bowling was born on April 28, 1933, in Wrightsville, Georgia. She was a charter member of Westside Baptist Church and a retired teacher having taught at Miller and Centerville Elementary schools. Her parents, David and Trudie Bell Blount Price and siblings, Thelma Greene, Gladys Jennings, James Edward Price, Roy Lee Price and Wesley Earl Price preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving daughter, Jean Bowling Mathis (Michael); grandchildren, Travis C and Trudie Sierra Mathis, all of Byron; sisters, Vinnie Bishop, Cleveland, Tennessee and Allene Dunn, Albany; brothers, Herbert Clyde Price, North Carolina and Al Price, Augusta and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, June 11 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven memorial Gardens.
