Marie Haak, 84, died Sunday, July 13, 2003. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 18 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The Reverend Sam Lamback will officiate. Interment will be private.
Mrs. Haak was born in Spain, SD, on July 21, 1918. She was a retired nursing assistant from the VA Hospital in Madison, WI. She was also an avid bowler and of the Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer William Haak; daughter, Cathy Anita Cone; and parents, Axel and Selma Josephine Johnson.
Survivors include her children, Gaylene Geyman, Byron; Donald Eugene Haak, Waupaca Wisconsin; Carolyn Selma Elliott, Florence, OR; and Mary Ann Moore, Groby Leicester, England; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
