Marjorie A. Rieker

Marjorie A. Rieker, 85, of Perry, Georgia went peacefully to her heavenly home on Monday, May 16, 2016.

Marjorie was born on March 16, 1931 near Ottawa, Illinois and was of the Roman Catholic faith. She married Marion G. Rieker and lived near Sheffield, Illinois on a farm.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion; her son, Don; and an infant daughter.

Surviving are her three sons, David Rieker (Ina) of Rock Island, Illinois, Dan Rieker (Judy) of Bonaire, and Chris Rieker of East Peoria, Illinois; daughter, Mary Sprowls (Bob) of Upland, California; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and brother, Charles Emerick.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date in Illinois.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Mrs. Rieker to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088.
