Marquita June Webb

Marquita June Webb, 61, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2006. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2006, at Central Baptist Church with interment following in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 15, 2006 from 7 until 9 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Central Baptist Church Annie Armstrong Offering or the Lottie Moon Offering, 1120 Lake Joy Road, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088 or to the Rehoboth Baptist Association, 744 Lake Joy Road, Perry, Georgia 31069.

Mrs. Webb was born on July 11, 1944 in Maud, Oklahoma. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Central Baptist Church and the Adult 4-B co-ed Sunday School Class. She was the co-director of the Woman’s Missionary Union for the Rehoboth Baptist Association, the Women’s Enrichment Ministries Director, the Women on Missions Council Chairman, Share Team Outreach Ministry Member, VBS Director, FAITH Outreach Team Leader, Prayer Team Member, Prayer Chain and E-mail Coordinator, Global Priority Missions Council Member, Fellowship Committee Member, and the Pictorial Directory Co-Coordinator. Her parents, Luther Benjamin and Emerick Jane Cross, and brothers, Luther James Cross and Gerald Cross, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Webb, Warner Robins; daughter, Terri Jane Masopust (Timothy), Bonaire; brothers, John Ray Cross, Stillwater, Oklahoma; Orvin Cross, Parkville, Missouri; Carl Gene Cross, Pensacola, Florida; sisters, Nakina Haug, Havre-De Grace, Maryland; LaRae Cross, Idabel, Oklahoma; and grandchildren, Kayla Renee Jackson, Anna Marie Jackson and Heath Lee Jackson.
