Martha Virginia Dingler Alexander

Martha Virginia Dingler Alexander, 68, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 16, 2016.

Born on September 27, 1947 in Union Point, Georgia, Martha was the daughter of the late Johnnie and Helen Dingler of Warner Robins, and was a graduate of Northside High School, 1965.

Working two separate careers in the manufacturing industry, she spent 13 years with Anchor Glass Container Corporation and 19 with Pactiv Corporation. Martha was a very kind and gentle soul; she had a loving and generous heart, and was always giving to others. She was active in her community volunteering 18 years with the Warner Robins Little Theater, the Perry Players Community Theater, and her service with the Election Board. Martha was also a member of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge, and Corvettes Limited of Central Georgia, Warner Robins.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Richard Alexander, Sr.; her devoted sons, Richard, Jr. (wife Pamela and daughter Mackenzie) and Reginald (Colleen); siblings, Arthur Dingler (wife Terry), Barry (wife Linda), Tommy, and Randy (Sharon). She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by all of her family and friends.

Visitation will be Monday, July 18th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19th at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, Macon, Rd., Perry, GA. Following the service, Martha will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery, Pleasant Hill Rd., Warner Robins.
