Mary Ann Daniel

Mary Ann Daniel, 78, entered into rest on Monday, October 19, 2015.

Born on June 17, 1937 in Dayton, Ohio, Mary Ann was one of two children to the late Edward Thomas and Anna Laura Fulton Kirchner. She proudly served her country in the United States Navy, but felt her calling was to be a stay at home mother. Mary Ann raised her son and daughter with unending love and support in whatever they chose to do in their lives. As a devout Christian woman, she was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Kathleen (formerly Kathleen Baptist Church), where she served as Sunday School teacher. Mary Ann loved ceramics and other arts and crafts, singing, and volunteering with veterans. She also held a special place in her heart for her dogs.

Along with her parents, Mary Ann's husband, Emanuel Edgar Daniel, preceded her in death.

Mary Ann's memory will forever be treasured by her loving children, Steven Daniel (Maureen) of Frisco, Texas and Peggy Keisler of Kathleen; grandchildren, Jacob Vess, Ryan Daniel (Kristine), Nicole Gonzalez (James), and Eric Daniel (Lauren); great-grandchildren, Hannah and Leo; brother, Don Kirchner (Nancy) of Swannanoa, North Carolina; and niece, Patty Lynn Cooper.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 24, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2015 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Mary Ann Daniel to Southside Baptist Church, 1140 S.
