Mary Frances Wood

Mary Frances Wood, 89, died Thursday, August 21, 2003. Graveside services will be held on Monday, August 25 at 2:00 p.m. in Clear Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Hospice of Houston County, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088.

Mrs. Wood was born in Kathleen, GA. She was a homemaker and a member of Porterfield Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Wood; parents, Henry and Lillian Womack; son, L.A. (Sonny) Wood; infant daughter; and brother, William Womack.

Survivors include her son, David Wood, Suwanee; brothers, James Womack, Trinity, NC, and Calvin Womack, Roberta; 10 grandchildren: Debra Wood, Boerne, TX; Glenn Wood, L.A. Wood II, and Mark Wood, all of Warner Robins; Becky Wood, Albany; Tammy Baumann and William Wood, both of Suwanee; David Wood, Jr. and Eric McClain, both of Lawrenceville; and James McClain, Newnan; thirteen great grandchildren; and ten great great grandchildren
