Mary Lou Parrish Vanderford

January 29, 1920 — January 23, 2003

Mary Lou Vanderford passed away Thursday, January 23, 2003 at the Monroe County Hospital. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 25 in the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in the Magnolia Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Second Baptist Church Building Fund, 701 Sandy Run Road, Warner Robins, GA, 31088

Mrs. Vanderford was born in Telfair County, GA. She had been a homemaker. She was a member of Second Baptist Church, the Second Baptist Church Choir and the Faith Sunday School Class. Her husband, Dewey M. Vanderford, parents, Frank H. and Leila H. Parrish, and brothers, Joseph Parrish, Ralph Parrish, Robert Lee Parrish, all preceded her in death.

Survivors include siblings, Charlie Parrish, Perry; Lilly Ricketson, Douglas, GA; Lloyd Parrish, Savannah, TN; Anne Harrelson, Greensboro, NC; Velma Parker, Forsyth; Doris Kasun, Savannah, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
