Mary Louise Pienta

Mary Pienta, Beloved Mother and Grandmother, passed peacefully at home into the arms of her Lord and Savior, surrounded by her family and friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 18 from 5 until 6 P.M. in the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home followed by a rosary and memorial service.

The family suggests donations be made to Hospice of Houston County, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088 or to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 830 Poplar Street, Macon, GA 31201.

Mrs. Pienta was a native of Ohio and the wife of the late Anthony Pienta. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Josephine Zurowski and by her sister, Rose Semple.

Survivors include her daughters, Dr. Darlene Pienta (Stan) of San Diego, California; Marijo Mummert (Frank) of Macon; Carolyn Umphreyville (Dave) of Warner Robins; sons, Tom Pienta of Sandusky, Ohio; Jerry Pienta (Andrea) of St. Petersburg, Florida; Robert Pienta (Tina) of Palm Harbor, Florida; sisters, Helen Kraft of Lakewood, Ohio; Sally Leger of Lakewood, Ohio; brothers Stanley Zurowski of Brookpark, Ohio; Brother Joseph Zurowski, C.M., of Montebello, California; grandchildren Frank Mummert, III, of Charlotte, North Carolina; Lindsey Mummert of Atlanta; Luke Mummert of Macon; Rebecca Pienta of Clearwater, Florida; Christopher and Kimberly Pienta of Seminole, Florida; Robert and Rachel Pienta of Palm Harbor, Florida; Sarah and David Umphreyville of Warner Robins, Georgia.
