Maurice J. Lord

Maurice J. Lord, 73, died Thursday, December 13, 2001. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, December 17, in the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Pastor David Brighton will officiate. Burial will be in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday evening, from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at McCullough Funeral Home.

Born in Bottineau, North Dakota, Mr. Lord was a retired carpenter. He was a veteran, having served in the U. S. Army. He was a member of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church.

Mr. Lord was predeceased by his father, John Lord; his parents, Art Cossette and Eva Baune Cossette; three sisters and three brothers also predeceased him.

Survivors include his wife, Norma Hendrickson Lord; five daughters, Sandy Weirather (Steve) of Olin, Iowa; Debby Lord of Warner Robins; Maureen Wilson (Kendall) of Lizella; Kerry Lopez (Javier) and Tammy Wilson of Warner Robins; one son, Lonny Lord (Colleen) of Hartford, Alabama; two sisters, Eva Cossette of Jamestown, North Dakota and Aldia Wagner of Bottineau, North Dakota; one brother, Wilmer Lord of West Columbia, South Carolina; 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

McCullough Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
