Melissa Ann Jenkins, 38, entered into rest on Monday, February 17, 2014.

Melissa was born on October 2, 1975 in Jacksonville, Florida. Melissa was a loving homemaker and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Her mother, Chris Tucker, grandmother, Shirley Bailey, aunt, Pamela Broadrick, and best friend, Jessica Clifton, all preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her father, Thomas Fournier, Jacksonville, Florida; children, Blake Smith, Lizella, Georgia; Brice McCarty, and Josiah Lee; sister, Amy Fournier, all of Warner Robins; grandparents, Bo and Linda Dobbs, Powder Springs, Georgia, and Herbert and Dean Fournier, Jacksonville, Florida; several other loving family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2014 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The family will greet visitors two hours prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given to Melissa Jenkins Memorial Fund.
