Miron Watson McKinney, 86, entered into rest on Thursday, December 18, 2008.
Ms. McKinney was born on March 12, 1922, in Houston County. A devoted homemaker, she was a member of Oakland Baptist Church. Her husband, Thomas Cecil McKinney, infant daughter, and parents, John Watson and Mary Epps Watson, preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her brother, Walter Edward Watson (Avis), Perry; sister, Katie Mae Arnold, Barnesville; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 20, 2008, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 22, 2008, in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Reverend Thomas Barnard officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Oakland Baptist Church, 1509 Russell Parkway, Warner Robins GA 31088.
