Mitchell King, 61, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, February 3, 2016.
Mitchell was born on October 4, 1954 in Santa Cruz, California. He proudly served in the United States Navy before starting his career as an automobile mechanic. Mitchell enjoyed being outdoors and would spend his free time fishing. However, his greatest joy was found in family and spending time with those he loved.
His father, Jack King; mother, Johnnie Mae Wright; and several siblings, preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of 43 years, Deb King of Perry; son, Michael King of Perry; daughter, Michelle Westbrook (Shaun) of Perry; grandchildren, Breanna Chmielewski. Michaela King, Theodore Chmielewski, Michenzie King; and numerous other family members and friends.
A private memorial gathering to celebrate Mitchell's life will be held at a later date.
