Naomi T. Jones

Naomi T. Jones, 96, went to her Heavenly Home on Monday, December 28, 2015.

Naomi was born on May 13, 1919 in Crystal Hill, Virginia. In 1945, she moved to Warner Robins with her family. Naomi began her career at Robins Air Force Base where she worked for the next 35 years until her retirement. In her spare time, Naomi enjoyed music and many different types of arts and crafts with her nieces and nephews. She was also a member of First Baptist Church for many years.

Her husband, Robert T. Jones, and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Talbott Tydings, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving daughter, Judith Page-Williams (Richard) of Warner Robins; grandson, Alex R. Page of Atlanta; nieces and nephews, Stanley Tydings of Centerville; Spencer Tydings of Dublin; Wanda P. Rains of Newborn, North Carolina; Carlton Jones of Macon; Ellen Jones Scott of Warner Robins; Jack Shoemaker of Tennessee; Pauline Talcott of Bedford, South Carolina; George West, and numerous other beloved nieces and nephews.

Visitation with Naomi's family will be held Saturday, January 2, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of McCullough. After the service, Mrs. Jones will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
