Olivia Bowen

Olivia Bowen, 99, died Tuesday October 16 at Peachbelt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Services will be held at Cool Springs Baptist Church on Thursday, October 18 at 2:00pm with interment following in the church cemetery. Cool Springs Baptist Church is located on Rural Route 3 in Metter, GA. Visitation will be Wednesday night at McCullough Funeral Home from 7:00 until 9:00pm. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Cool Springs Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 795, Metter GA 30439.
Mrs. Bowen attended Second Baptist Church and the Faye Stitt Sunday School class, and was a member of the Second Baptist XYZ group. She was a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church in Metter. She was predeceased by her husband, William Eason Bowen; and parents, William L. and Miah Warren.
Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Thomas H. and Mary Bowen of Warner Robins; sister, Vendetta Milner, of Fayetteville, NC; 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
McCullough Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
