Ophelia G. Fordyce

Ophelia G. Fordyce, 91, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2003. A mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 13, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. A rosary will be Friday at 6 p.m. with visitation following until 8 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 17 in Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, TX.

Mrs. Fordyce was born in San Antonio, TX, and lived in Warner Robins for 11 years. She was a retired sales associate from Joske’s of Texas, and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Her husband, Joseph T. Fordyce, Sr., and son, Joseph T. Fordyce, Jr., preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter, Margaret A. Stevens and her husband, Leo, Warner Robins; daughter-in-law, Gail Fordyce, San Antonio, TX; grandson, Joseph T. Fordyce III, Arlington, TX; five granddaughters, Lori A. Freeman and Kristin K. Parsons, Warner Robins; Kerry E. Jendon, Atlanta; Kathleen V. Fordyce and Jennifer O. Fordyce, San Antonio, TX; and eight great grandchildren.
