Oreita Barrs Tucker

Oreita Tucker, 84, entered into rest on Wednesday, February 06, 2019.

Oreita was born on December 23, 1934 in Eastman, Georgia to the late James Barrs and Josie Bryant Barrs. She worked as an Administrative Assistant at Robins Air Force Base for many years until her retirement. Orieta was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Her time was well spent on meeting the needs of her family whom she loved dearly.

In addition to her parents, Oreita was preceded in death by her loving husband, Malcolm Edgar Tucker; and brother, Byron Barrs.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Carla Lee and David Tucker; grandchildren, Nora Lee, Evan Lee, and Aubrey Lee; and nieces, Janna Barrs and Jolene Barrs.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at Parkway Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Afterwards, Mrs. Tucker will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens.
