Patricia Ann Jacien

Patricia Ann Jacien, 77, entered into rest on Sunday, December 22, 2013.

Patricia was born on March 16, 1936 in Swoyersville, Pennsylvania to the late John and Josephine Rapczynski Hawk. She was a nurse for thirty-five years and retired from Highland Manor Nursing Center in Exeter, Pennsylvania. Her parents, three brothers and three sisters, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving children, Edward Kilduff, Olyphant, Pennsylvania; John Kilduff (Suk Cha), Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; David Kilduff (Jessica), Holly Springs, North Carolina; and Doreen McEntee (John), Warner Robins, Georgia; grandchildren, Kris, Jason and Nicole Kilduff; Abby, Katie and Meghan Kilduff; and Samantha and Rebecca McEntee; brother, Joseph Hawk, Pittston, Pennsylvania; sister, Barbara Hall, Flemington, New Jersey; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests that donations be given to the Alzheimer's Association, 886 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201.
