Patricia S. Ussery

Patricia Ussery, 60, went to be with the Lord on the afternoon of Thursday, August 24, 2017.

Patricia was born in Columbus, Georgia on February 13, 1957 to the late William Allen and Carry Mae Dowdy Yawn. She grew up in Warner Robins and attended Northside High School. As a young woman, Patricia knew that she wanted to be a full-time wife and mother. She was extremely involved in her children’s lives growing up, and as her grandchildren came, she doted on them more than she did her children, if that was even possible. A God-fearing woman, Patricia faithfully served her Lord and led her family’s faith by her tireless Christian example. She grew up in Southside Baptist Church and most recently joined the Pentecostal Holiness faith. Dancing and singing were two of her favorite pastimes.

Patricia’s memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband, David Ussery of Warner Robins; children, Dawn Marie Endresen (Alan Michael) of Kathleen and William Alton Sapp (Angel) of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Faith Elaine Scarborough, Hannah Irene Scarborough, Elizabeth Shiane Endresen, Juliet Endresen, Genesis Marie Endresen, Landon Lee Sapp, Damein Stephen Barnett, Gabriel Lewis Sapp, Destin Keith Sapp, and Channing Godoy; five sisters; and three brothers.

At the family’s request, all services will be private.
