Patsy Linda Roland

Patsy Linda McBride Roland entered into rest on Friday, June 4, 2010.

Born in Macon, she was a Macon State College graduate, and worked at Robin Air Force Base as a Logistics Manager for forty-two years before retiring. She attended Barfield Baptist Church in Lizella. Her father, A.J. McBride; son, Philip Roland; and brother, Larry McBride, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her mother, Daisy Hysler McBride; children, Karen Dees and Steven (Amanda) Roland, all of Macon; brother, Ken (Gerri) McBride, Niceville, FL; sisters, Sandra (Jimmy) Morris, Cummings, and Barbara (Jimmy) Knowles, Macon; grandchildren, Kayla Mattingly, Brianna Dees, Brody Whitehead, Emma Roland, Rebecca Roland, Cameron Roland and Andrew Roland; great-grandchild, August Roland; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be Monday, June 7, 2010, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 7, 2010, at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society of Middle Georgia, 804 Cherry Street, Ste.A, Macon GA 31201.
