Peggy Bullard Sanders

Peggy Bullard Sanders, 83, of Warner Robins, Ga., was called to Heaven by our Lord and Savior early in the morning of April 20, 2021.
A celebration of life will be held at The Farmhouse at McCullough Funeral Home on Saturday, May 15, 2021, beginning at 4:00 p.m. Her nephew, Jeff Cleghorn, will be speaking about her life, the memories she left behind, and her immense love for her family and friends. Following the service, a meal will be provided. The evening will conclude with a balloon release. Dress is casual.

Daughter of the late Oscar and Magaline Bullard, Peggy was preceded in death by Billy Sanders, the love of her life; her daughter, Cheryl Sanders; her son, Tony Sanders; and grandson, Travis Fullmore, all of whom she adored. Her brother, Buddy Bullard, her sisters, Betty Thacker and Nell Cleghorn; and several nephews preceded her in death as well.

Left to cherish her memory is daughter, Lisa Fullmore (Gary Williams); her granddaughter, Andrea Fullmore and her wife, Anna Fullmore; her sister, Juanita Bullard; brother, Rudolph Bullard; and a multitude of nieces, nephews, and close friends.

A special thank you goes out to our Aunt Nita; cousins, Beverly, Pam, Cindy and Jeff; her sitters, Ann Lawson and Deb Keisler; friend, Sonya Popken and the team from Encompass Health Hospice who assisted our family in our precious mother and nana’s transition to heaven.

Our hearts are heavy with deep loss, but it was time for God to call her home and what a homecoming it must have been. We love you Mom and Nana and will see you again someday, just keep us a seat warm.
