Perry Ray Sewell

Perry Ray Sewell, 60, entered into eternal rest on Friday, March 27, 2020.

Perry was born on December 1, 1959 in Warner Robins, GA to the late Raymond and Martha Juanita Mimbs Sewell. He was a self employed stonemason for 40 years who loved fishing, hunting, as well as, camping in the great outdoors where he was closest to nature and God. He also worked as a manager for Carpenter Construction for the past 15 years.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving sisters, Robin Harris of Opelika, Alabama and Susie Samples of Roberta, GA; and nephews, Tyler Harris of Beauregard, AL and Adam Harris of Baltimore, MD.

A private graveside service will be held at Magnolia Park Cemetery on Sunday at 11:00 A.M with the Reverend Pat Chastain officiating.

Special thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Carpenter for their care, love and support of Perry over the years and most recently during his illness, he could not have made it without you, Jayme. Special thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Bob Cook for their love and support to Perry throughout the years. Special thanks to Pat Chastain for his loving support during Perry's recovery and subsequent rebirth of his faith in the Lord. Special thanks to The Macon Rescue Mission for their love and support they have in his time of need. Special thanks to Heart of Georgia Hospice for their care in the last days of Perry's life.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Perry Ray Sewell to Heart of Georgia Inpatient Unit, 1120 Morningside Dr., Perry, GA 31069 or to The Rescue Mission of Middle GA, 6601 Zebulon Rd., Macon, GA 31220.
