Phyllis Ann Sears passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Putnam General Hospital, in Eatonton. She was 69 years old.

Born on December 18, 1952, Phyllis was the daughter of the late Eulas T. Sears and Annie Ruth Sears. She had a 30-year-long career in civil service at Robins Air Force Base before her retirement. Phyllis was the most loving, kind, outgoing and friendly person one could ever know. She never met a stranger and loved helping others. Phyllis found the good in everyone. She also had a heart for animals, loved making crafts, and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ed Sears.

Her son, Darrell Sellers (Karen) of Eatonton; and niece, Christi Sears of Covington will forever treasure her memory.
Visitation will be Monday, June 27, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Reverend Marty Watson officiating. Afterward, Phyllis Ann Sears will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
