Reba Faye White

Reba Faye White, 81, entered into rest on Saturday, February 1, 2014.

Reba was born on October 15, 1932 in Pikeville, Kentucky to the late Benjamin and Mamie White Ward.
She was a loving mother and grandmother. Reba always helped others regardless of the need. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. Her first husband, Bennie Thompson; second husband, Early James White; daughter, Gloria Ward; brothers, William, James, Daniel, Tilman & Kenneth Ward; and sisters, Marie White, Irene Wells, Lucille Pridemore and Jane Podunauac all preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Brenda Carol Hodge (Tom), Warner Robins, Georgia; Shelia Rose Watson (James), Dry Branch, Georgia; Nora Cunningham (David), Peach Creek, West Virginia; Ellen Annette Ward, Ponte Vedra, Florida; Gregory Ward (Patty), Cleveland, Ohio; and John Paul Thompson, Logan, West Virginia; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, brothers, Samuel Ward (Betty) and Paul Ward (Shirley), all of Mansfield Ohio; and sister, Sharon McDonald (Kenneth), Melbourne, Florida.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 6, 2014 in Word of Life Church, Mudfork, West Virginia with interment following in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Pecks Mill, West Virginia. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Word of Life Church.
