Regina D. Carpenter

November 13, 1950 — August 12, 2021

Warner Robins resident Regina D. Carpenter passed away after a brave battle with an extended illness on Thursday, August 12, 2021. She was 70 years old.

The daughter of the late Fritz Dantzler and Juanita Daniels Dantzler, she was born on November 13, 1950 in Columbus, Georgia. She moved to Warner Robins and graduated from Northside High School in 1968. Regina worked for over 30 years at Robins Air Force Base as an item manager.

A strong and independent woman, Regina was a person who always stood up for herself. Regina wanted to look her best in every situation and never arrived late to any function. She enjoyed mystery and crime drama novels and television shows and she also had a fondness for cats. Regina’s favorite place to visit was the beach with her sister, Nancy. She and Nancy had several adventures together and they loved going out to dinner as well.

Regina is survived by her daughter, Erin Kohlhepp Scarborough of Warner Robins; son-in-law, Daniel Scarborough; sister, Nancy Shiver; niece, Lisa Monroe (Jerry); great niece, Olivia Sharber (Dustin) and their daughter, Savannah; and great nephew, Calvin Monroe (Marketa).
