Renate Irene Glovier

Renate I. Glovier, 82, joined her beloved husband, Ralph Morgan Glovier, in heaven, on Tuesday, February 12, 2019.

Renate was born in Berlin, Germany on September 9, 1936 to the late Erich and Elsa Ciemann Kuhl. Of the Lutheran faith, she was a devoted homemaker who loved spending time with her family; her grandchildren were her greatest joy. Renate also loved traveling, taking beach trips, and walking on the beach.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving daughters, Veronica Glovier Martin (Stephen) of Warner Robins and Janet Parry Bloodworth (Michael) of Atlanta; grandchildren, Kyle William Parry, Cameron James Morgan Martin, Karl Heath Martin (Christina), Bryce Dayne Martin, Joshua Bloodworth, and Jonathan Bloodworth; and great-granddaughter, Reagan Martin.

A memorial service celebrating Renate’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2019 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Fountain officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Mrs. Glovier’s to Kindred Hospice, 319 Margie Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088.
