Rhonda "Dusty Lynn" Logan

Rhonda "Dusty Lynn" Logan, 54, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020, at her residence in Warner Robins.

Born in Wilmington, North Carolina, Rhonda was the daughter of Mabel Carpenter and the late John Simmons. She was a performer and entertainer known as “Dusty Lynn” who worked for the Ronnie Davis Revue in South Florida for 25 years. She was also an award-winning karaoke singer and a Reba McIntyre, Marilyn Monroe, and Lucy impersonator. Rhonda later moved to Warner Robins and continued to work for an additional 10 years in the entertainment industry.

A lover of music, Rhonda enjoyed listening to country, rhythm and blues, 70’s soul and old Rock-N-Roll Classics. She enjoyed watching sports, especially the Florida Gators and Carolina Panthers. Rhonda was a mega Jeff Gordon fan and loved NASCAR.

In addition to her father, Rhonda was preceded in death by her brother, Sammy Malpass.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her husband of 10 years, Jonathan Anthony Logan; children, Gianna Cioffi of Seattle, Washington; Domenick Marotta of Kennesaw; Brianna Logan of Dallas, Texas; Kalisi Logan of Austin, Texas; mother, Mabel Carpenter (Ron) of Keystone Heights, Florida; sister, Wanda Malpass of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and brother, John Wayne Simmons of Delco, North Carolina.

A special thank you goes to William Eardley, Patty Schlemmer, and Mike and Carla Bruno, for their support when called upon during Mrs. Logan’s cancer treatment.

A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2020, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of
Rhonda Kaye Logan to the Wounded Warrior Project. 4899 Belfort Road Ste. 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256, or to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, 60 E. 56th St., 8th floor, New York, NY 10022, or to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
