Robin Elouise Foskey Mitchell

Robin Elouise Foskey Mitchell, 44, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Houston Medical Center after an extended illness.

Robin was born on November 24, 1969 in Warner Robins to the parents of Rosa Elouise Mixon Foskey and Daniel Everette Foskey (retired US Army). Her father died three weeks after her birth in an automobile accident. She was raised and attended school in the Perry area. Robin worked for many years at Domino's Pizza, in various capacities. She also worked at Flint River Services. She will always be remembered for her ready smile, generosity, sense of humor and her love of reading and books. She was a caregiver for her mother, Rosa Foskey, until her death in 2008. Robin was an organ donor and the donation of her corneas will give two people the gift of sight.

She is survived by her good and steadfast friend, Mark Highbaugh, her beloved dogs, Bella and Sparky, as well as sisters, Debbie King (Bill), Ruth McLeod (Jerry); brothers, Richard Foskey, and Dale Foskey(Marsheila). She was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Sapp (Sonny), and brother, Ralph Foskey (Geraldine). She was the beloved aunt of Chris Foskey (Joan), Terry Foskey (Lisa), Gary Foskey, Tori Gidney (Bo), Brenda Smith (Barney), Donna King, Billy King (Michelle), Travis Foskey, Ricky Foskey (Jessica), Carrie Lord (Jason), Mathew McLeod, Christie Seybt (Jason), Angela Walker (Logan), Dale Foskey, Jr., Kaleigh Foskey, and numerous great nephews and nieces.

A Memorial Service celebrating Robin's life will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 6, 2014 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will be private. Following the service, the family many be contacted at the home of Richard Foskey at 529 Ansley Avenue, Perry, Georgia 31069.
