Ronald Craig Dunn

Ron Dunn, 60, entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 29, 2016.

Born in Puerto Rico on September 7, 1955, Ron called Kouts, Indiana his home and was a proud 1974 graduate of Kouts High School. He married the love of his life, Janet, a few years after graduating high school and in 1979, graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering. Mr. Dunn was a retired civil servant from Robins Air Force Base where he was employed as an aerospace mechanical engineer.

In his free time, Ron enjoyed landscaping and working in his yard, reading, cooking, and watching his beloved Atlanta Braves, but spending time with his children and grandchildren was his absolute favorite pastime. In 2003, he was baptized into the Catholic faith at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Macon, Georgia.

His parents, James Edward Dunn and Joyce Brajcki Wynn, preceded him in death.

Ron's memory will forever be treasured by his devoted wife of 39 years, Janet L. Dunn of Perry; children, Christopher Allan Dunn (Jennifer) of Marietta, Samantha Joy Dunn of Lawrenceville, and Georgina Marie Stark (Hunter) of Perry; grandchildren, Morgan and Kaitlyn Hale and Jackson Dunn; sister, Deborah Good (Mark) of Valparaiso, Indiana; brother, Jim Lee Dunn (Vicki) of Elko; and many adoring nieces and nephews including: Debbie Dunn, Danny Dunn, Sarah Good-Bryan, Kelli Good-Duttlinger, and Jason Good.

A memorial gathering will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3rd at McCullough Funeral Home. At the family's request, burial will be private.
