Ruby J. Seaman

Ruby Seaman, 69, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 25, 2017.

Ruby was born on July 14, 1948 in Perry, Georgia to the late James and Mary Forehand. With great pride and honor, she served in the United States Army WAC unit. Ruby then worked for the ASA as a Data Entry Specialist until her retirement. Later, she worked for Bombardier for many years. Ruby was a member of Second Baptist Church and the Promises of Sonshine Sunday School Class.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her sister, Shirley Shave (Gary) of Bonaire; daughter, Tammy Jesmer (Paul) of Twiggs County; granddaughter, Nichole Adams; grandson, J.D. Leschke; great-grandchildren, Dakota Adams, Miranda Adams, Elizabeth Leschke, and Mason Leschke, as well as lifelong friends, Mary Jo and Ronnie Kitchens of Warner Robins.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 29, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of McCullough. After the service, Ruby will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery with military honors.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Ruby J. Seaman to Critical Care Animal Angels, 7649 Houston Rd, Byron, GA 31008.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the VA Hospice in Dublin for their unconditional love and care of Ruby.
