Ruby Mae Harwell

Mrs. Ruby Mae Kent Harwell, 82, passed away on February 5, 2007.

Mrs. Harwell was born on March 6, 1924 in Upson County, Georgia. A resident of Warner Robins since 1951, she was a member of Northside Baptist Church. She was very active at Northside Baptist where she sang with the Melotones and taught Sunday school. Mrs. Harwell retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base where she worked as a supply clerk. Ruby was a pink lady at Houston Medical Center for over twenty years. Her husband, Paul Brown Harwell, and her parents, Kernel Curtis Kent and Bertha Davis Kent, all preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in law, Paulette and J. Neff, Warner Robins; Kim Harwell and Larry Toole, Reynolds; one granddaughter and grand son-in-law, Natasha and Enoch Lake, Dublin; and one precious great granddaughter, Pie Aryan Grush, Dublin.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 in Northside Baptist Church with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
