Warner Robins – Rufus W. Yearty, 91, passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at Serenity Gate Hospice, Perry, GA. Services will be held at 11:00 on Saturday, August 21, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following at 2:30 in Westview Cemetery, Moultrie, GA. Visitation will be Friday from 7 until 9 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Hospice of Houston County, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088

Mr. Yearty was born in Chester, Georgia. He was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church. His wife, Mary Lorene Yearty; parents, O.V. and DellaYearty; grandson, Richard Lynn Barlow; son-in-law, Thomas Barlow; sister, Ora Lee Fittry preceded him in death.

Survivors include his daughter, Maxine Barlow, Bonaire; brothers, O.R. Yearty, Cochran, Milton Yearty, Chowchow, SC; sisters, Corrine Smith, Cochran, Rose Mae Bryant, Hawkinsville; grandchildren, Janna Coker (Eddie), Warner Robins, Dale Barlow (Linda), Hawaii, Joey Barlow, Macon; great grandchildren, Binky and Michelle Coker, Catie, Stephanie, Josh, David, Whitney, Shane and Aslee Barlow; great-great-grandchildren, Reese Coker, Paige Coker and Bryce Barlow.
