Ruth Davis Honican

Ruth Honican, 77, passed away on January 8, 2006. Services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2006, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Tuesday, January 10, 2006. There will be no graveside services.

Mrs. Honican was born on September 18, 1928, in Lynchburg, Virginia. She retired from Robins Air Force Base as an accountant. Mrs. Honican was a member of Community of Christ Church, as well as the Order of Eastern Star, Martha Berry Chapter 357, AARP, and NARFE. Her husband, John T. Honican, Sr., son, John T. Honican, Jr., and her parents, Baker and Ruth Davis, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children, Judy Gardner Hodgin; Jackie Gardner Wood; Rhonda Honican Andrews; Bobby C. Gardner; brother, Bill Davis; sister, Bernice Finch; twenty grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
